About Foxhall

Welcome to Foxhall and the Foxhall Community Association in Thurston County in beautiful Washington State. As a homeowner in the Foxhall Subdivision, you are automatically a member. Being a member of the Foxhall Community Association brings some very special privileges and certain responsibilities. The purpose of this page is to acquaint you with what those are.

Association Dues: The Foxhall Community Association dues ($285 per year for FY25) are due by October 31st of each year. Prompt payment of these dues will save on postage and time. Foxhall Protective Covenants require 12% interest per year (1% per month) on any late dues.

Bridle Trails: The Bridle Trails are owned and mowed by the Foxhall Community Association. They are for the benefit of, and to be used by, the residents in Foxhall. The trails are intended for horseback and bicycle riding and walking. Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the trails. The trails are open from dawn to dusk (dusk being one half hour after sunset) all year around.

Playground: The playgrounds are owned and maintained by the Foxhall Community Association. Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the playgrounds. The playgrounds are for use by Association members, their families, and accompanied guests. Use of the Foxhall playgrounds is on a first come basis. The parks are open from dawn to dusk all year round.

Pets: Thurston County leash laws apply here. Uncontrolled or obnoxious animals should be reported to the owner(s) of the animals. In the event the owner(s) is/are uncooperative, the obnoxious activity should be reported to the Thurston County Animal Control.

Trail Maintenance: Keep scotch broom, nettles, and blackberries under control or eliminated. This will not only make the trail users and horses happy, it is your responsibility as required by Foxhall Protective Covenants.

General Maintenance: Keep house and fence paint in good condition. Landscaping that is neatly maintained will help assure the attractiveness of your home, the neighborhood, and preserve the value of your property.

Foxhall Board: The Foxhall Community Association Board consists of five (5) elected "volunteers" serving in two year positions of President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Member-At-Large. The Architecture Control Committee (ACC) is autonomous, self selecting new members as needed. If you would like to become a member of the Foxhall Board or the ACC, give one of the current members a call because we are always looking for new members!
