Foxhall has a total of 122 lots and was developed over time with five divisions.

Division 1 created 33 one-acre lots in 1981. Division 2 followed in 1982 adding 48 five-acre lots. A contiguous unplatted five-acre lot was added to Foxhall and numbered as lot 82. Division 3 followed in 1985 adding 29 five-acre lots. Division 4 added 8 five-acre lots in 1987. Division 5 added 3 five-acre lots in 1998 bringing the total to 122 lots.
