Reservation Details

​

• A reservation can be made for a 4 hour window. 
• A Foxhall resident can make a reservation for one 4-hour window for a given day.
• A reservation can be made for any time from dawn until 10 pm. 
• Once the reservation is approved, it will be noted on the public Google Calendar  (resident's name will not be listed)
• Only Foxhall residents may make reservations, though non-Foxhall residents can attend.
• The FCA resident who makes the reservation is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
   

Event Details

• All garbage must be taken away from the Picnic Shelter area and any areas of Park 1 that were used for the event. 
• The FCA garbage can at Park 1 should not be used for the event's garbage. 
• The FCA porta-potty may or may not be available.   A rented porta-potty for the day of the event is an alternative.
• The Picnic Shelter area, and all areas of Park 1 that were used for the event must be cleaned up after the event.
• Nothing should be done to damage the shelter or the tables.  Nails and staples should not be used on the shelter or trees.
• Fires of any kind are not allowed under the shelter (no BBQs, camp stoves, etc.).  Please set these up on the nearby asphalt area. 
• A sign should be hung up the day of the event letting people know that the shelter is reserved.  The sign can be placed on a picnic table (s).    The FCA resident who made the reservation should post this notice. 
   

Notes

• The FCA Board reserves the right to change these rules.
• A limit may be placed on the number of times a given FCA resident reserves the shelter each year, or a limit on reservations on holiday weekends, so that usage isn't monopolized.
